We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We accept returns for refunds or exchanges within 30 days of receipt. To request a return, email returns@maison-diamond.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the process.

Return Guidelines

• Items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days of receipt.
• A $50 shipping and handling fee will apply to all returns unless there was an error in your order caused by Maison Diamond.
• A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, excluding cases where Maison Diamond is at fault.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, you may be charged a partial or full amount of the order, depending on the extent of the damage or missing components.

How to Prepare Your Return

1. Request a Return: Email returns@maison-diamond.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all returns.
2. Package Securely: Use the original packing materials and include all documentation. Items missing any required paperwork or items may incur additional charges.
3. Ship with Care: Affix the prepaid shipping label provided and ensure your return shipment is insured for its full purchase value. Maison Diamond is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and passes our quality inspection, refunds will typically be processed within 5-15 business days. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-10 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom jewelry, special orders, and items missing documentation are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email returns@maison-diamond.com immediately. Retain all packing materials for inspection, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
