Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, or dents)

Loss, theft, or product alteration by third parties
Issues resulting from exposure to chemicals, moisture, or extreme conditions
How to File a Warranty Claim:
Contact us at support@maison.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
Our team will respond within 3–5 business days to assess eligibility.
If approved, we will offer a complimentary repair, replacement, or store credit based on the issue and item availability.
Terms & Conditions:
Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
Warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Lifetime coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship—not damage caused by external factors.
Repairs or replacements under this warranty do not extend the original coverage.
